ETS recently upgraded the video servers and encoders to the latest technology to provide excellent streaming video quality directly to your desktop.  Because streaming audio/video requires significant compression to make it practical, this technology only works well on newer equipment.  Below you will find the minimum and recommend hardware and software requirements:

If you would like the latest version of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Media Player loaded on your Computer and your computer meets the minimum hardware requirements, please call Communications and Network Services via the HELP line (x4357, then press #2) and schedule a telephone based installation.

Using this service a technician will call you and walk you through one simple step to enable remote control software on your office computer.  They will then be able to connect to your computer and will be able to install these components remotely while you watch and talk to them on the phone.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Please understand that Communications and Network Services' classroom support responsibilities will come first and you may not be able to be scheduled for a few weeks.
